Placing your rental order
Select the oars you need for the event and the dates for your rental and complete the rental checkout on this website. Be sure to fill out all required details, including information about when you'll be arriving. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you in ensuring everything is ready for your use!

Collecting your Oar Rental
Collect your oars at the arranged location on the specified date and time. Please ensure you have all the necessary details to make the process smooth and efficient. If you're unsure about anything or need further assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

Returning your Oar Rental
Return your oar rental to the Concept2 trailer next to the boat tents by the end of racing on Sunday, 6th July 2025. Thank you for your cooperation!

To arrange the collection of your rented oars, we will need to know the arrival date and collection location of your crew, as well as whether there will be any training sessions before the event. Typically, oars can be collected from Henley Women's Regatta or from the boating tents at HRR. However, for international crews or those renting a boat, please let us know, and we may be able to arrange for the oars to be delivered directly to your boat rental. Feel free to reach out with any specific requests or questions, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you accidentally damage a rented oar while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to oar damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

All rentals must be returned to the Concept2 trailer, located next to the boat tents at Henley Royal Regatta by the end of racing on Sunday, 6th July 2025. Please ensure the oars are returned on time to avoid any additional charges. If you have any concerns or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
